Kaspersky Internet Security will show initialinstallation window. Then we closed this window.
To proceed to the furtherstep, please press “Next” button.

Now, we have made savingsby clicking “Yes, save these settings for this program”

And then we haveclosed “Program Compatibility Troubleshooter.”

Our next step wasexecuting setup by selecting from contextual menu “Run as administrator”

Windows 8.1 UserAccount Control informs us about verified publisher “Kaspersky Lab”, then press“Yes” button

On an initialKaspersky Internet Security installation window please click to read “End userLicense Agreement”

When the end UserLicense Agreement will be read, please press “Back” button.

To initiate installation process, please pressthe button as shown.


But soon we have received warning message with“Failed to install application”. Then we have pressed “Close” button.
The next warning window informs us that theunsuccessful result of Kaspersky Internet Security installation could be sendas log file to the Kaspersky Lab Technical Support.

On a last warningwindow installation program advise us to use free Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool,which is not to be needed to setup up.

You may try the following ways to fix that.

Step #1: Check the authenticity of the downloaded installer and re-download Kaspersky from Kaspersky site.

You may download the latest version from the lists below.

You install the file from the Kaspersky CD that you bought recently. Try to re-install Kaspersky from a different Kaspersky CD. You can also download the installation file from Kaspersky site.

Step #2: Check the system date on your computer.

Make sure the system date on your computer is correct.

a. Windows XP

In the lower right corner of the screen in the taskbar double-click the Clock.

In the dialog window that opens, you check the set date (day, month, year) with the current calendar date.

If the date is incorrect, you need set the current calendar date

Click on the OK button.

b. Windows 7 or Vista

In the lower right corner of the screen in the taskbar, You double-click the Clock.

In the dialog window that opens, You click on the 'Change date and time...' link.

In the next dialog window, You click on the 'Change date and time' button.

In the dialog window 'Date and Time Settings' set date (day, month, year) with the current calendar date. and click on the OK button.

c. Windows 8 or 8.1

Go to Desktop from Start screen

In the lower right corner of the screen, You double-click the Clock.

In the dialog box that opens, click on the 'Change date and time settings' link.

If you're prompted for an administrator password, enter the password and click on the Yes button.

Click on the 'Date and Time' tab, and then click 'Change date and time' button if the date is set incorrectly.

When you have finished changing the time settings, click on theb OK button.

d. Windows 10

Go to Desktop.

Double-click the bottom-right clock icon on the desktop.

In the dialog window that opens, click on the 'Change date and time settings' link.

As the Date and Time window opens, select Date and Time tab.

Click on the Change date and Time… button.

In the dialog box that opens, respectively change date and time if the date is incorrect.

Click on the OK button to confirm the changes.

Step #3: Check your Internet connection via the browser Internet Explorer (IE)

By default Kaspersky Lab products are activated via the browser Internet Explorer.

To check your internet connection, open the browser IE and visit the site kaspersky.com

Try to install Kaspersky again. If errors still occur, go to step #4.

Step #4: Run the fix tool and reboot your computer.

- Unzip the downloaded file: Right-click on the downloaded file and select 'Extract Here'.

- Run the signature.BAT, then click on the OK button, repeatedly until the process is complete.

Windows XP: Double click on the signature.BAT to run the process.

Windows Vista/ 7/ 8/ 8.1/ 10 or a later version: Right-click on the signature.BAT and select ‘Run as administrator’, then click on the OK button.

- Run the rootsupd.exe, and until the process is complete (this might take several minutes). Please be patient.

- Reboot your computer.

- Reinstall Kaspersky again.

    initpki.dll

    sccbase.dll

    slbcsp.dll

    and when I downloaded them it dosen't work with x64 I found them only for 32-bit
